You must be at least 18 years old to use pamm.fun. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited are not permitted to use the platform.
3. Nature of the Platform
pamm.fun is a decentralized token launchpad and trading interface built on the Solana blockchain. We are not a broker, dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not provide financial advice. All trades are user-initiated and executed via smart contracts.
- All tokens launched on pamm.fun are user-generated. pamm.fun does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant any token.
- Bonding curve prices are determined algorithmically and can increase or decrease rapidly.
- Token launches are final. pamm.fun cannot reverse blockchain transactions.
4. Our Anti-Rug Commitments
These are platform-enforced rules. Violations result in permanent bans and forfeiture of all $PAMM rewards.
5. $PAMM Rewards Program
$PAMM points are earned through trading activity. Points redeem for SOL at 1,000 $PAMM = 0.1 SOL, subject to treasury balance. pamm.fun reserves the right to modify rates with 7 days notice. Points carry no guaranteed monetary value and are not securities.
6. Risks
- Market risk: Crypto prices are highly volatile. You may lose all your capital.
- Smart contract risk: Bugs or exploits may cause loss of funds.
- Regulatory risk: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction.

- Launching duplicate tokens with identical names/symbols
- Market manipulation, wash trading, or coordinated pump-and-dump
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pamm.fun is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, smart contract failures, or third-party actions.

pamm.fun collects minimal data to operate the platform:
- Wallet addresses: Public blockchain addresses used to interact with the platform.

- User-submitted content: Token names, descriptions, and links you submit when launching tokens.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect

3. Blockchain Data
All trades, launches, and wallet interactions are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is a public, immutable ledger. This data is not controlled by pamm.fun and cannot be deleted by us or by you.
4. Third-Party Services
pamm.fun uses the following third-party services that may collect their own data:
- Jupiter Aggregator — for swap routing (see Jupiter's privacy policy)
- Helius RPC — for Solana blockchain access
- Binance/CoinGecko APIs — for price feeds (public data only)
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser localStorage only to remember your theme preference (dark/light mode). No tracking cookies are used. No data is sold to advertisers.
6. Your Rights
Since we hold minimal off-chain data about you, deletion requests are simple. Contact us via X/Twitter @pamm.fun and we will remove any off-chain data (nicknames, submitted content) associated with your wallet address within 30 days.
7. Changes to This Policy
